When you come to the end of your contract, you can get a new deal on the same network. But you get to keep your number when you move to the new deal, and you usually don’t get credit checked (so there’s no new mark against your credit file). That’s essentially what an upgrade is!

How to keep your number when moving networks: 1) Place your order with us. 2) Once you receive it, contact your old network directly and request a PAC code. 3) Once you have that, contact your new network directly and provide it with your PAC code. The network will then port your old number over to your new network contract.
