    How much is delivery?

    Delivery is FREE on all mobile phone, SIM and contract tablet orders.

    Standalone accessories are charged at £4.99 for next-day delivery. Unless they’re bought with a phone, SIM or tablet, in which case they’re shipped together via free, next-day delivery.

    When will my order be delivered?

    You get next-day delivery (excluding Saturday orders, which are delivered the following Monday) if your order passes both ours and the network’s checks (for contract orders).

    Mobile phone, tablet and accessory customers will receive a text or email once your order has been collected, confirming the date of delivery and tracking details. A text or email will be sent to you on your delivery date, providing you with a one-hour time slot for delivery, which could be between 7:30am - 7:30pm.

    Delivery may take longer for addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

    What if my order's out of stock?

    Delivery will be delayed until it’s back in stock, at which point, we’ll ship it for next-day delivery (excluding Saturday orders, which are delivered the following Monday) if your order passes both ours and the network’s checks (for contract orders).

    How do I track my delivery?

    Mobile phone, tablet and accessory customers can see where your order is (and find out when the delivery driver is just 15 minutes away) by tracking it online.

    Make sure you download the DPD app to manage your delivery.

    Can you deliver to my work address?

    Yes, if you’re an existing customer of ours. Please place your order over the phone on 0345 413 6201. For new customers, we can only deliver to your registered home address.

    Do you deliver on Saturdays?

    Yes, if you place your order while it’s in stock on a Friday before 9pm (the ordering cut-off for SIMs is 4:30pm), and it passes both ours and the network’s checks (for contract orders).

    Mobile phone, tablet and accessory customers will receive a text or email on your delivery date, providing you with a one-hour time slot for delivery, which could be between 7:30am - 7:30pm. You'll be able to access options to rearrange delivery from the message.

    Do I need to sign for my delivery?

    Mobile phone, tablet and accessory deliveries need to be signed for. SIMs do not, and will be posted straight through your letter box.

    What happens if I miss my delivery?

    DPD will leave a calling card (with contact details) and reattempt the following day. However, first-time deliveries that are missed on a Friday or Saturday will be reattempted on the following Monday. If your second delivery is missed, your order will be returned to your nearest DPD depot for five working days. You can get in touch with DPD online or by calling 0121 275 0500.

    What do I do if my order’s delivered and signed for, but I haven’t received it?

    Ask anyone in your household, as well as your neighbours, whether they’ve accepted delivery. If they haven’t, please contact DPD online or by calling 0121 275 0500. They may be able to provide specific details to help.

    Will my accessories arrive with my phone?

    Yes, they’ll arrive together. However, if your accessory is out of stock, it’ll arrive on a separate, free delivery. If the phone is out of stock, we’ll hold on to both until it’s back in, then ship them together on a free delivery.

    Where in the UK do you deliver to?

    We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, though deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take longer. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, but again, deliveries may take longer. We don’t deliver to the Channel Islands.
