How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all contract mobile phone orders.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, your delivery will need to be signed for. Missed deliveries will be repeated the following day. If your delivery is missed a second time, it will be returned to your nearest UK Mail depot for five working days. You will be able to rearrange a third delivery, or pick your order up at your own convenience.
Will you contact me when my order is shipped?
Yes, we’ll send you a notification (email and text, if details provided) with delivery information and your tracking reference, the evening before your order is due to be delivered. We’ll send you another notification on the day of delivery, too, with a one hour delivery window. The second notification will give you the option to receive a third when the driver is typically 10-20 minutes away.
Can you deliver my order to an alternative address?
Yes, if you’re an existing customer of ours, who’s been with us for more than 6 months and ordered over the phone. Just call us to discuss our flexible delivery options. For new customers, however, we can only ship to your registered home address.
Can I choose when my order is delivered?
Yes, if you’d like to choose a more convenient day for delivery, please do so from the notification you receive the evening before UK Mail is due to deliver you order. You can also visit UK Mail’s delivery management portal here: www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can follow your order using UK Mail’s live tracking portal here: www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery. The tracking is real-time, so you’ll be able to see how many deliveries your driver has to make before reaching you.
What do I do if there’s a delay to my delivery?
If you’ve received an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and it hasn’t arrived within one working day, please contact UK Mail at: www.ukmail.com/need-help/contact-us.
What hours can I expect to receive my order?
UK Mail will text you with an hour delivery window on the day of the delivery. This could be from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, or up to 2pm on Saturdays. Orders placed Saturday (any time) or Sunday (up to 2pm) will be delivered between 8:30am and 6pm on Monday.
Where in the UK do you deliver to?
We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, though deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take longer. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, but again, deliveries may take longer. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
Can I place an order up to 10pm, and still get free next-day delivery?
The vast majority of UK postcodes qualify for our fantastic, free delivery service, allowing you to place an order up to 10:00pm on a weekday, and get your phone the very next day. There are, however, a small number of UK postcodes that come with a 9:00pm order cut-off, which, if you don’t mind us saying, is still pretty great!
They include: CA, DG, LA11-23, ML12, TD (Carlisle); G, KA except KA27-28, ML1-11, PA 1-19 (Glasgow); EH, FK1-16; KY1-13 and 99 (Edinburgh); DD1-8 and 11, KY14-16, PH1-18 (Perth); AB except AB36-38 and 55-56, DD9-10, ZE (Aberdeen); AB36-38 and 55-56, HS, IV, KW, PH19-26 and 32 (Inverness); FK17-21, KA27-28, PA20-88, PH30-31 and 33-50 (Linwood); BT (Belfast).
