When will I receive my Guaranteed Cashback?
Guaranteed cashback will be paid by BACS directly into your bank account to which the Direct Debit mandate was set up for. This payment will be made automatically within 99 days from dispatch of your new mobile phone. No vouchers or claim is required.
When will my free gift arrive?
We will send your gift to you automatically. There are no vouchers to send in and no claims necessary.
When will I be paid my line rental by redemption?
This is usually paid 28 days after your claim is accepted.
How will I know when my gift is in stock?
As soon as we get stock of your free gift we will send you an email saying your gift has been dispatched. It will arrive the next day.
When will I receive my free gift's additional cashback?
Cash offered in addition to free gift items will be paid automatically by BACS directly into your bank account within 42 days from dispatch of your free gift.
How do I claim my line rental by redemption?
Line rental discounts are redeemed by sending us airtime bills and the relevant claim voucher (supplied with your order) on the following schedule:
We recommend you send these to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery and keep hold of your tracking reference.
(a) your first five airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 5th airtime bill;
(b) your 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th airtime bills and your second claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 10th airtime bill;
(c) your 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th airtime bills and your third claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 14th airtime bill;
(d) your 15th, 16th and 17th and 18th airtime bills and your fourth claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 18th airtime bill;
(e) your 19th, 20th and 21st airtime bills and your fifth claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 21st airtime bill;
(f) your 22nd, 23rd and 24th airtime bills and your sixth claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 24th airtime bill.
