The quickest and easiest way to answer any billing questions, check your allowances and find out account details, is to download either My EE App (for EE customers) or the Three app (for Three customers). Use the download links below.
When your contract application is accepted by the network, your billing date (or direct debit date) will be confirmed on your first airtime bill. But the quickest way to find out is by downloading My EE App or the Three app - download links are above. Alternatively, you can contact the network directly to find out.
If you’d like to change your network bill date, please download My EE App or the Three app - both can be found in the App Store (iPhone users) and Google Play store (Android users). Alternatively, you can contact your network directly.
If you receive your phone before your network billing date, you get given a partial allowance so you can start using it straight away. This partial allowance is chargeable, and will appear on your first bill.
Both EE and Three charge a small, monthly fee for itemised paper billing. For EE customers, it costs £2 a month; for Three customers, £1.50 a month. You can set up or cancel paper billing by contacting your network directly. To check your bill for free, download My EE App or the Three app using the links above. Or, you can get in touch with EE, by calling 0800 956 600. And Three, by calling 0333 338 1001.
