What happens if my phone is faulty?
If your phone does not work properly or develops a fault within the first 28 days, please fill out our replacement form where you'll need to provide your name, postcode, email address, order number & date of birth as well as any additional comments, or alternatively contact our care team on 0871 332 9662.
If your phone develops a fault outside the first 28 days, you are covered by the manufacturers 1 years warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly on one of the following numbers:

What happens if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your mobile phone, you may cancel during the first 7 days and you will not incur any early termination charges. All you will be charged for is the line rental used. You may be be charged for any excessive call minutes, texts and data used.
Your phone must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
If you have received a gift as part of your contract this must also be returned unopened in order for us to process your return.
